Orkney Brewery Rebrand June 2026 Check out the before, during & after of these 40-year-old 40L Kegs! At Vaatje, we can bring even the oldest kegs & casks back to life with our premium Keg Services. First, we used our new ultra-high-pressure de-branding setup to blast off the remaining colour with 25-30,000 PSI. Then, we used our custom-designed keg & cask branding solutions to give them the Orkney Brewery look!	Vaatje heads for Germany June 2026 The Vaatje team has just started a new project in Germany. Our mobile units allow us to travel to breweries worldwide, providing a range of services: keg decanting, UHP keg & cask cleaning, keg & cask debranding, keg & cask overcrimping / neutralisation, keg & cask rebranding, internal keg & cask renovation, and more! They can also save you money on keg & cask repair by reducing transportation fees. Our team regularly develops new technology to make our service more transportable.	Keg Neck Conversion Machinery May 2026 After completing a large keg neck conversion project for an international brewer, our machinery is back and ready for the next project. This process transforms your fleet, making your kegs compatible with standardised TPI keg spears. Vaatje launches on FB & Insta May 2026 Vaatje launched our new social media pages on Instagram & Facebook. The new social media platforms will bring us closer to breweries worldwide and showcase our latest keg & cask services. Head of European Operations February 2026 We are thrilled to welcome Heiko Wiebel to the Vaatje team as our new Head of European Operations! Heiko brings a wealth of experience from across the keg and spears industry, having held key roles at Thielmann, Konvoy, CBBR, and DSI (Micro Matic). This is an exciting step forward for Vaatje — one that opens up new opportunities to bring our services to a broader European customer base. Vaatje has since undertaken large keg & cask projects across Europe.	Keg Logistics Testimonial September 2025, We received a testimonial from Keg Logistics after completing a rebranding project for them. Vaatje's Mobile Keg & Cask Crimping Unit 2025 Vaatje developed a new mobile keg & cask crimping unit. The new unit allowed us to achieve an over-crimped look, adding a new aspect to our state-of-the-art keg & cask rebranding services. Since this unit is mobile, we can take it directly to our customers. This saves on transportation, making it an eco-friendly solution, and will also save our customers time & money.	UHP Rebranding Unit May 2025 Vaatje debuted our ultra-high-pressure mobile rebranding unit for kegs & casks. With over 27000 PSI, this unit is unstoppable. Our mobile units allow us to serve customers across the world, whilst also reducing the need for fleet transportation. Because we can come to you, the service is much more eco-friendly, reducing our customers' carbon footprints. Go Greener with Vaatje!	LWC Testimonial May 2024 We received an amazing client testimonial from LWC Drinks. We completed a large rebrand & cleaning project on some of LWC's beer kegs. This project was a huge undertaking for us at the time, as it was our first major rebranding project. Since then, we have completed keg & cask rebrand projects for some of the world's largest brewers.
Vaatje Team at SIBA BeerX 2024 13th & 14th March 2024 Vaatje attended BeerX at the Liverpool Exhibition Centre. SIBA, The Society of Independent Brewers & Associates, hosts this event every year (since 2013). BeerX UK is the UK's largest beer & brewing trade event, bringing together businesses from every stage of the brewing process. We had great success at the event, speaking with many new & familiar faces about our extensive range of keg & cask services.	Mobile Keg & Cask Unit in France March 2024 Our new compact keg repair unit made its way to France on the first leg of its European tour. This unit is perfect for small, independent breweries, as it can meet all their keg service needs at their home base. The compact size of this mobile keg unit allows it to fit on the smallest of premises whilst still delivering a high-quality service. Another benefit of using mobile units is the reduced need for transportation, making the whole process more eco-friendly.	Vaatje at BrauBeviale Nuremburg November 2023 Vaatje visited BrauBeviale at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre in Germany. From raw material production to bottling & packaging companies, BrauBeviale hosted some of the biggest names in the beverage industry. At the 2023 show, we were among 953 exhibitors & 31,019 visitors! Catching up with old friends & industry professionals was a highlight for our team. Our new services & innovations were well received, & we had some fantastic conversations both during & after the expo.
Our First Complete Rebrand 2023 This project for LWC involved a comprehensive keg service of our client's fleet. These kegs had various levels of labelling, colourings & imperfections, requiring a full external surface refresh. All our rebranding projects aim to give the kegs & casks a 'factory-fresh' appearance, restoring them to their former glory. With Vaatje's innovative processes & techniques, we can make your assets look brand new!	First Export Return Load 2023 Vaatje successfully completed our first export return load. Handling keg & cask export returns can be extremely time-consuming & dangerous if dealt with incorrectly. Our new process enables safe handling, accurate accounting & the potential to scan RFID or tracking devices on return.
